Abstract
OCAT and Public Art
The relationship between Liberalism and public art will be a tough issue for Chinese contemporary art in the coming future. I will give three examples which elaborate the connection between OCAT and public art, as well as the relation with public. The three examples will be: “Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Metro Murals Project”, “Ten Years Public Arts Plan for the Shanghai Pujiang OCT”, and “The OCAT Contemporary Dance Theater Performance Festival.”
